Security
Our online system automatically encrypts all your details with RapidSSL 126/256 bit SSL. OOTW ensures secure transactions on the website by using data encryption for the transmission of credit card details. A padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser to represent a secure session

Product Representation
OOTW does its best to represent all products accurately. Slight colour variations many occur from monitor to monitor as this representation depends on your computer picture resolution and settings. OOTW is in no way liable for this.
Delivery
OOTW aims to deliver all Australia wide orders within 1-7 working days and all International orders within 20 working days from the date on which the order is placed. In the event that a non credit card method of payment has been chosen, the shipping time will be calculated from the date the payment is made. In the event that an order is not received within this time OOTW is not responsible for damages incurred.
All Australia wide orders are shipped via Express Post (Australia Post) which insures each parcel to a total value of AUD$50. In the event that items are lost or damaged in transit, OOTW reserves its discretion to refund customers any insurance money under the policy. OOTW is not, under any circumstances responsible for any loss or damage to orders incurred in transit.
International orders are sent via Air Mail (Australia post) which carried no insurance. Should you wish to insure your international parcel, please contact customerservice@oneontheway.com.au for a quote.
Exchages are dispatched free of charge (unless otherwise specified) by Parcel Post within Australia and internationally via Air mail.
OOTW reserves the right to:
- cancel any order at any time for any reason
- contact any customer or take reasonable steps to ascertain the legitimacy of credit card information
- refuse to accept an order at any time for any reason
- alter the terms and conditions at any time for any reason
- alter the price of any listed item at any time for any reason
Liability
Under no circumstances will OOTW be liable to any user of this website for any costs or damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, that they may incur in connection with their use of this website. Further, all users of this website indemnify OOTW against all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to their use of this website.

OOTW respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be sold, traded or exchanged unless required by law.
