Postage and Delivery
Within Australia
All orders are sent by Express Post and charged at AUD$8.50. All Express Post Parcels come with a unique tacking code. Please contact us at customerservice@oneontheway.com.au if you would like a copy of your tracking code or if you would like us to track a parcel. In the event of loss or damage or a parcel during carriage compensation of up to AUD$50 will be awarded after 30 days at the complete discretion of OOTW.
If you have chosen to pay for your order by credit card please allow 1-7 working days for your order to arrive. If an off-line payment method has been chosen (Paypal or credit card payment over the phone) please allow 1-7 working days from the date the payment is made.

All orders are sent by Air Mail and charged a flat rate of AUD$20. If no one is available at the designated address to accept the delivery local postal guidelines apply. All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Prices DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and customs charges that you may incur.
Please note that Air Mail is not insured or traceable. Should you wish to insure your order or upgrade to a traceable courier service please contact customerservice@oneontheway.com.au for a quote.

Please be aware that delays in customs are out of the control of OOTW.

In the event that an item you have ordered is discontinued or delayed OOTW will notify you as quickly as possible by email.

ONE ON THE WAY hopes that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return or exchange an item, please return the item with a completed Returns Form which you will receive with your order.
We recommend that your article is registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. We are happy to accept items for exchange or refund up to 30 days from the dispatch date for Australian orders and 60 days for international orders.

Returns and Exchanges for 'Free shipping for orders over 100' offer: If, as a result of returning or seeking an exchange, the total value of your order falls below $100, $8.50 will be deducted from your refund or exchage for the cost of shipping.
Reasons for return
Faulty Item
OOTW is willing to replace or refund any garment that is faulty. Garments which have been purposely tampered with will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that worn garments are washed prior to return. If you require a refund, OOTW will refund the full price that you paid.
Change of Mind
If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund, please return the product with the return form included with your delivery. Items which are returned for change of mind must be returned in perfect condition with all swing tags and labels still attached. We are unable to accept garments which have had the swing tags removed.
All exchanges are sent free of charge by parcel post. If you wish to receive your exchange by Express Post (within Australia) you will be charged AUD$8.50 by your original payment method. Please note, you are responsible for postages charges incurred to return the goods to us.
