Returns/Exchange Policy

If you would like to request a refund or exchange on your purchase/s, please notify our Returns Department by email at within 5 days of receiving your parcel. A Returns Authority (RA) code will be sent to you and must be noted in the appropriate section of this Return/Exchange Form. We are happy to accept the item/s for refund or exchange within 5 days of your RA code being issued.

As we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us, we recommend that your parcel is sent by Registered Mail or Express Post.

Faulty Item

We are willing to replace or refund any item that is faulty. We will also reimburse you the postage expense for returning it to us if a receipt is included in the parcel. Items which have been purposely tampered with will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please ensure that worn garments are washed prior to return.

Change of Mind

Items which are returned for change of mind must be returned in original condition and packaging with all swing tags and labels still attached. We are unable to accept garments which have had the swing tags removed. We do not process exchanges or refunds on swimwear and underwear unless the item is faulty. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted on items which smell of perfume, deodorant or tobacco and they will be returned to the purchaser accordingly.

Sale Items

We do not issue refunds on sale items but we are happy to provide a store credit voucher which is valid for 12 months.


All exchanges are sent free of charge by Parcel Post. However, if you wish to receive your exchange by Express Post, an $8.50 shipping fee will apply and will be charged against the credit card used on your original order.
